If you have made contact and not received a response in a couple of days, please check your junk / spam folders just in case it has landed there.

North Ayrshire Psychology is unfortunately unable to provide a crisis service. If you feel that you are in crisis regarding your mental health, please contact your GP in the first instance, or contact NHS 24 (dial 111) out of hours. If it is an emergency, you should dial 999.
